As a result of the quantitative study carried out in the first stage of the study, it was found that teachers' perceptions of organizational happiness and organizational commitment did not differ significantly according to gender and education level; On the other hand, it has been concluded that it differs according to the variable of place of duty and seniority in teaching. In the qualitative research, it has been revealed that the situations that make teachers happy about their profession are establishing a family atmosphere at school, doing the teaching profession with pleasure, bringing the physical simplicities of the school to a sufficient level, reducing the class sizes to a reasonable level and establishing positive communication with the organization members in the school. Regarding the teachers' levels of commitment, it was concluded that the school's financial opportunity is insufficient, the parents’ have a disinterested attitude, the classrooms are overcrowded, the physical, social and cultural conditions of the school are inadequate, the children have behavioral disorders and the school is not clean enough. Various suggestions were made by synthesizing the results obtained in the two parts of the research.
