İlkokulda Milli-Manevi Değerlerin Kazanımında Sosyal ve Kültürel Faaliyetlerin Etkisi / The Effect of Social and Cultural Activities on the Acquisition of National-Spiritual Values in Primary School

This study, which aims to examine the effect of social and cultural activities on the acquisition of national-spiritual values of primary school students, is a study carried out in the relational screening model. The study group consists of 206 primary school 3rd and 4th grade students who continue their education in the city center of Yozgat, selected by criterion sampling technique. The data within the scope of the study were collected with the “Impact of Social and Cultural Activities in Acquisition of National Values Scale” developed by Koç and Budak (2021-b) and the “Impact of Social and Cultural Activities in Acquisition of Spiritual Values Scale” by Koç and Budak (2021-a). SPSS statistical program was used in the analysis of the data. It has been concluded that the effect of social and cultural activities on the acquisition of national-spiritual values of primary school students is at the level of "totally agree". It was concluded that the effect of social and cultural activities on the acquisition of national-spiritual values of students did not cause a significant difference according to class and gender variables. It has been found that the effect of social and cultural activities on the acquisition of national-spiritual values differs significantly according to the number of activities. It has been observed that the effect of social and cultural activities on the acquisition of national values is in favor of students who participate in 5 or more activities among students who participate in 1-2 and 3-4 activities and 5 or more activities. The effect of social and cultural activities on the acquisition of spiritual values was found to be in favor of students who participated in 5 or more activities among students who participated in 1-2 activities and 5 or more activities. In addition, it was found that there is a positive and highly significant relationship between the effect of social and cultural activities on the acquisition of national values of primary school students and the effect of social and cultural activities on the acquisition of spiritual values. As a result of the study, it can be suggested to support students' participation in more social and cultural activities, since the increase in the number of social and cultural activities that students participate in has a significant effect on their acquisition of national and spiritual values.

İlkokul öğrencilerinin milli-manevi değerlerin kazanımında sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlerin etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanan bu çalışma, ilişkisel tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilen bir çalışmadır. Çalışma grubu, ölçüt örnekleme tekniğiyle seçilen Yozgat il merkezinde eğitim-öğretime devam eden 206 ilkokul 3 ve 4. sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamındaki veriler, Koç ve Budak (2021-b) tarafından geliştirilen “Milli Değerlerin Kazanımında Sosyal ve Kültürel Faaliyetlerin Etkisi Ölçeği” ile Koç ve Budak (2021-a) “Manevi Değerlerin Kazanımında Sosyal ve Kültürel Faaliyetlerin Etkisi Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. İlkokul öğrencilerinin milli-manevi değerlerin kazanımında sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlerin etkisinin “tamamen katılıyorum” düzeylerinde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. İlkokul öğrencilerinin milli-manevi değerlerin kazanımında sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlerin etkisinin sınıf ve cinsiyet değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılığa neden olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Milli-manevi değerlerin kazanımında sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlerin etkisinin faaliyet sayısına göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği bulunmuştur. Milli değerlerin kazanımında sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlerin etkisi, 1-2 ve 3-4 faaliyet ile 5 ve daha fazla faaliyete katılan öğrenciler arasında 5 ve daha fazla faaliyete katılan öğrenciler lehine olduğu görülmüştür. Manevi değerlerin kazanımında sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlerin etkisi ise, 1-2 faaliyet ile 5 ve daha fazla faaliyete katılan öğrenciler arasında 5 ve daha fazla faaliyete katılan öğrenciler lehine olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca ilkokul öğrencilerinin milli değerlerin kazanımında sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlerin etkisi ile manevi değerlerin kazanımında sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlerin etkisi arasındaki ilişkinin; pozitif yönlü, yüksek düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda; öğrencilerin katıldıkları sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlerin sayısının artması onların milli ve manevi değerleri kazanımında anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğundan öğrencilerin daha fazla sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetlere katılımının desteklenmesi önerilebilir.
