Cyprus Turkish Journal of Psychiatry and Psychology is the academic official publication of the Cyprus Mental Health Institute. The Cyprus Mental Health Institute is an academic education institution approved by the North Cyprus Ministry of Education on 04th April 2005 with the number 339/05. It is an educational institution that carries out activities in the field of mental health together with expert and experienced academicians in the field and offers equal opportunities in the field of education to all students with its own and developing programs.
The Cyprus Mental Health Institute has been providing Chemical Dependency Conseling Certification training, approved by the American National Association of Alcohol and DrugAbuse Counselors (NAADAC), approved as NAADAC Approved Education Provider with the number # 87228 since 2005.
In addition, Positive Psychotherapy Therapist Education is given at our institute, approved by the International Academy of Positive and Intercultural Psychotherapy (ICCP) and the German Wiesbaden Academy of Psychotherapy (WIAP).
Body Psychotherapy Training approved by the European Association of Body Psychotherapists, Psychodrama Training and Motivational Therapy training in cooperation with AbdülkadirÖzbek Psychodrama Institute in Turkey.
At the same time, in addition to child, adolescent, adult psychological counseling, school counseling, other training and seminars in the field of mental health are also organized. In addition, we also organize group counseling and psychoeducation programs for children, adolescents, and families.
