Referee Evaluation Process

The Evaluation Process of the Articles Submitted to the Journal is as follows:

1- Submitted articles; It is evaluated by the editor and/or the members of the editorial board in terms of purpose, scope, method and writing principles.

2- Manuscripts that comply with the principles of publication and writing are sent to two referees, who are known for their works and studies in the field, without specifying the name of the author (blind refereeing).

3- If both referees give their opinion as "It is appropriate to be published", the article is published in the volume and number to be determined by the Editorial Board as soon as possible.

4- If both referees give an opinion as "Not Suitable for Publication", the article will not be published in the journal.

5- In case one of the reports is negative or the referee reports are not found sufficient or satisfactory by the Editorial Board, the final decision is made upon the publication of the article by a third referee or at the discretion of the Editorial Board.

6- Articles are not returned whether they are published or not. Authors are obliged to take into account the criticisms and suggestions of the referees regarding the article they sent, in case of a correction requested by the referees.

7- It is the author's responsibility to deliver the corrected text to the journal within the specified time. The corrected text can be re-examined by the referees who request changes, if necessary. The authors are not informed about the identities of the referees and the referees are not informed about who the article belongs to (Blind Refereeing). Referee reports are archived for safekeeping.
