AHBV Edebiyat Fakültesi Dergisi (HEFAD) (Journal of Faculty of Letters), the house organ of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Faculty of Letters, started its publication life in December 2019. With a 41-year-long past and experience from 1978 on, AHBVU Faculty of Letters has so far undertaken significant responsibilities in field of Social and Human Sciences, thus making a strong decision and determination to initiate an international peer-reviewed e-journal in the belief that it would make considerable contribution to the field. The e-journal, prepared and arranged in this scope, is published twice a year, one in June and the other in December. All the studies of research and analysis from all disciplines of social sciences are accepted for review and evaluation; articles, translations, compilations and book reviews in fields of language, literature, translation studies, history, folklore, sociology, psychology, philosophy, anthropology, archaeology, art history, etc. are admitted for publication in the e-journal.
