With 25+ years' experience in health and academia organizational development, I am a seasoned professional. My expertise spans policy, decision-making, and academic leadership, particularly in universities. I hold a Ph.D. in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership, supported by a strong educational background in Public Administration, Health, and Education. My unwavering commitment drives continuous learning. Throughout my career, I've held key roles, including Registrar and Member Secretary at Purbaanchal University, honored by Nepal's Rt. Honorable Prime Minister. As Founding Principal of Yeti Health Sciences and Principal of Hope International College, I directed Green City Hospital, advancing healthcare in Kathmandu. As a prominent researcher, I am authored articles and spoken globally, including at Nepali Army War College, Staff College, Nepal Government, and more. I've globalized my insights, covering Emotional Intelligence, Women Empowerment, Education, Digital Literacy, and Sustainability, while leading 60+ webinars to promote Holistic Awareness via Emotional Intelligence.
