Bio
The academic career of the Dr Demirekin began with teaching English in private schools and courses for four years, followed by another four years of teaching in public schools. Subsequently, he pursued an MA degree at the University of Nevşehir, specializing in "The Interpretation Problems from English into Turkish." He further obtained additional MA degrees focusing on the integration of ICT into ELT skills. Throughout his professional journey, he actively participated in international conferences, presenting papers on topics such as equivalence in translation, ICT, and language teaching. His organizational involvement extended to coordinating and organizing EU Educational and Youth Projects within the local area. Finally, he earned a Ph.D. in Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language from Hacettepe University. Currently, Dr Demirekin holds the position of Lecturer at Selcuk University, specifically in the Department of Foreign Languages.
