Bio

Martina Brazzolotto graduated in Primary Education (University of Padua). She attained a Master Degree in Italian Teaching for foreign students (Ca’ Foscari University, Venice), and she specialized in Gifted & Talented Education (Irvine University, California; University of Connecticut; Radboud University; University of Pavia). In November 2020 she obtained the Ph.D. in Pedagogical Sciences (University of Bologna) with a dissertation on teachers, parents and principals' perspectives on Gifted Education. In September 2021 Martina completed a post-doctorate assistant at the Great Plains Center for Gifted Studies (Emporia State University, Kansas). She was Member of the Technical Board set up by the Italian Ministry of Education to write national guidelines for Gifted children. Since 2019 she has been a member and delegate from Italy of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children (WCGTC). Member of the European Council for High Ability (ECHA). She is a founding member and the coordinator of the national schools’ network “TalentInclusivi”. She is director of Centro Didattica Talenti (Talents Teaching Center).
