Cebeci who is social studies educator, speaks English, basic Latvian, and Lithuanian, and is interested in social studies of education, peace education, and comparative education, He is the author of the novel series named Sezar'ın Hakkı Sezar'a.
Cebeci is the founder of the Youtube channel and website named Dreamerbey, a video diary where he presents his travels and different experiences (exchange programs, volunteer work, etc.) in the form of videos and blogs, and continues to academic studies, literary studies, and travels.
