Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems that classroom teachers face from the moment they start to work and what kind of applications they do against these problems and to determine the solution suggestions of these teachers. This study is a case study which was established within the framework of qualitative research approach. Snowball sampling method was used in the study. The data obtained in the study were collected by the researcher through a semi-structured interview. The data obtained from the research were analyzed using content analysis. The frequency values of the responses given in the interpretation of the data were taken into consideration. Classroom management, inclusion students in unwanted student behavior classes, teaching process, courses with the most problems, parents' problems related to administrative affairs sub-dimensions of teachers were identified and what they did in the face of these problems were revealed. Suggestions were made regarding these results.
