Sağlık Hizmetlerine Güvenin Sağlık Arama Davranışı Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı Türk sağlık sistemi içerisinde hizmet alan bireylerin sağlık sistemine duydukları güvenin sağlık arama davranışı üzerindeki etkisini ölçmektir. Bu bağlamda sağlık sistemi içerisinde en az bir kez bulunmuş 18 yaş üzeri 389 katılımcıya erişilmiştir. Veriler kişisel bilgi formu, Sağlık Arama Davranışı Ölçeği ve Sağlık Hizmetleri Sistemine Çok Boyutlu Güven Ölçeği kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizi sürecinde Spss programından destek alınmıştır. Değişkenler arası ilişkiyi ve etki düzeyini ölçmek için gerekli analizler yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda sağlık hizmet sunum sürecinde güven düzeyinin en yüksek sağlık profesyonellerine yönelik olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Benzer şekilde bireyler sağlık arama davranışını ilk olarak sağlık profesyonellerinden sağlamaya çalışmaktadır. Güven ve sağlık arama davranışı arasındaki ilişkide de pozitif ilişki elde edilmiştir. Bu durum güven duygusu arttıkça sağlık arama davranışının artacağını göstermektedir.
