Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Algılanan Gelecekteki İstihdam Edilebilirlik, Psikolojik İyi Oluş ve Yaşam Doyumları Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Araştırmada üniversite öğrencilerinin algılanan gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik, psikolojik iyi oluş ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmektedir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubunda ön lisans ve lisans düzeyinde öğrenim gören 277 üniversite öğrencisi yer almıştır. Araştırmada toplanan veriler Algılanan Gelecekteki İstihdam Edilebilirlik Ölçeği, Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği ve Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Veriler üzerinde Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon analizi ve basit doğrusal regresyon analizleri yürütülmüştür. Sonuçlara göre algılanan gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik ile psikolojik iyi oluş ve yaşam doyumu arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu ortaya koyulmuştur. Ayrıca algılanan gelecekteki istihdam edilebilirlik psikolojik iyi oluş ve yaşam doyumunun anlamlı birer yordayıcısı olmuştur.
