Genel Aidiyet Ölçeğinin Psikometrik Özellikleri: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Malone, Pillow ve Osman (2012) tarafından geliştirilen Genel Aidiyet Ölçeği’nin (GAÖ) psikometrik özelliklerini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya Pamukkale Üniversitesi’nin farklı bölümlerinde öğrenim gören, yaşları 19 ile 29 arasında değişen, toplam 442 üniversite öğrencisi (305 kız, 137 erkek) katılmıştır. Açımlayıcı ve Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları ölçeğin iki faktörlü yapısını desteklemektedir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre yüksek aidiyet düzeyi; düşük yalnızlık, düşük olumsuz duygulanım, yüksek benlik saygısı, yüksek yaşam doyumu, yüksek olumlu duygulanım ve yüksek sosyal bağlılıkla ilişkilidir. Birleştirici, yordayıcı ve ayırt edicilikle ilgili analiz sonuçları, ölçeğin yüksek düzeyde ölçüt bağıntılı geçerliğe sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Ek olarak ölçek yüksek iç ve test-tekrar test tutarlığına sahiptir. Bu sonuçlar Genel Aidiyet Ölçeği ve onun alt ölçeklerinin ülkemizde üniversite öğrencilerinin aidiyet düzeylerini değerlendirmede kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir.
