Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı İngilizce Örgütsel Hafıza Ölçeği’ni (Dunham, 2010) Türkçe’ye uyarlamaktır. Ölçeğin dil geçerliği çeviri tekrar-çeviri ve İngilizce ve Türkçe formlar arasında Pearson korelasyon katsayısının hesaplanması yöntemleri ile test edilmiştir. İş örgütleri için geliştirilen ölçeğin maddeleri Türkçe’ye çevrilirken eğitim örgütlerine uyarlanmıştır. Basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen ve 316 öğretmenden oluşan bir örneklem grubuna uygulanan ölçeğin yapı geçerliği açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) yöntemleri ile test edilmiştir. AFA sonucunda beş boyutlu bir yapı ortaya çıkmıştır. Orijinal ölçek de dikkate alınarak bu faktörlere “Sosyo-politik Bilgi”, “Mesleki Bilgi”, “Mesleki Ağlar”, “Sektörel Bilgi” ve “Okulun Geçmişi ile İlgili Bilgi” isimleri verilmiştir. Orijinal ölçekteki maddelerden ikisinin Türkçe’ye uyarlandığında farklı boyutlarda faktör yük değeri taşıdığı görülmüştür. Bu maddelerden birine Türkçe formda yer verilmezken; diğeri ise faktör yük değeri taşıdığı boyuta uygun olarak değerlendirildiği için ölçekte tutulmuştur. Sonuç olarak beş boyutlu 20 maddelik bir yapı ortaya çıkmıştır. AFA sonucunda ortaya çıkan bu modelin DFA uyum düzeylerinin de istenen seviyede olduğu görülmüştür. Ölçeğin tamamının Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı 0.891 olarak hesaplanırken; alt boyutlarda ise güvenirlik katsayısı 0,896 ile 0,747 arasında değişmektedir. Bu çalışmada elde edilen bulgular, Örgütsel Hafıza Ölçeği’nin Türkçe formunun geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to adapt the Organizational Memory Scale (Dunham,2010) from English into Turkish. Two methods have been applied to test the language validity of the scale. They are translation-retranslation and Pearson Correlation Coefficient between English and Turkish forms. The items which were developed for business organizations were adapted into schools while being translated into Turkish. The sample of the study consisted of 316 teachers who were chosen by random sampling method. Explanatory Factor Analyses (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were executed to test the construct validity of the scale. The EFA results indicated that the scale consisted of five factors. Considering the original scale these factors were named as “Socio-politics Knowledge”, “Occupational Knowledge”, “Occupational Networks”, “Industrial Knowledge” and “Knowledge about Organization’s History”. Two of the items had factor loadings on factors different from the original form. One of these items were excluded in Turkish form while the other one was included because it was suitable for this factor in Turkish. Finally, the scale had 20 items. The construct validity of the final model was validated by CFA which indicated that the fit values of the model were acceptable. Reliability coefficients of the scale was 0.891 and the reliability coefficents of the factors were ranging from 0.896 to 0.747. The results of the present study indicated that Turkish form of Organizational Memory Scale was a valid and reliable tool.
