Universal adezivlerin iki tabaka uygulanmasının bağlanma performansına etkisi

Year 2020, Volume: 11 Issue: 3, 305 - 310, 21.09.2020

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın
amacı, universal adezivlerin iki tabaka uygulanmasının dentine bağlanma
dayanımı üzerindeki etkisini değerlendirmektir.

Gereç ve Yöntem:
Yetmiş adet çürük içermeyen insan üçüncü azı dişi kullanıldı. Dişler rastgele
yedi gruba ayrıldı (n = 10). Universal adezivler Single Bond Universal (3M Oral
Care), Gluma Bond Universal (Heraeus Kulzer) ve Prime&Bond Universal
(Dentsply) üreticinin talimatlarına göre ve iki tabaka halinde kullanıldı.
Kontrol grubu olarak iki basamaklı kendinden asitli adeziv Clearfil SE Bond
(Kuraray Noritake) kullanıldı. Kompozit üst yapılar orta-koronal oklüzal dentin
yüzeylerine bağlandıktan sonra örnekler distile su içinde saklandı (37 °C/24
saat) ve mikro örneklere ayrıldı. Örnekler mikrogerilme bağlanma dayanımı testine
(1,0 mm / dakika) tabi tutuldu. Başarısızlık tiplerinin analizi ışık mikroskobu
ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu kullanılarak yapıldı. Veriler tek yönlü ANOVA
ve Duncan testi ile analiz edildi (p=0,05).

Bulgular:
İki tabaka halinde uygulama, üç universal adezivin dentine bağlanma dayanımını arttırdı
(p<0,05). Clearfil SE Bond, universal adezivler tek kat halinde
uygulandığında universal adezivlere kıyasla daha yüksek bağlanma dayanımı
değerleri gösterdi (p<0,05). Tek tabaka halinde uygulandığında, Prime&Bond
Universal ile, Single Bond Universal ve Gluma Bond Universal'den daha yüksek
bağlanma dayanımı değerleri elde edildi (p<0,05).

Sonuç: İki tabaka uygulama,
universal adezivlerin dentine bağlanma dayanımının arttırılmasında faydalı
olmuştur. Clearfil SE Bond, universal adezivlerden daha iyi bağlanma dayanımı sonuçları
göstermiştir.
