Abstract
Aim: This study is located in Turkey and nursing students healthy lifestyle behaviors in Portugal, depression, anxiety, alcohol and aims to compare the level of internet addiction.
Material and Methods: This research is descriptive and cross-sectional study, was conducted with a total of 124 nursing students in Turkey and Portugal. Sociodemographic Questionnaire, SYBD II Scale, BDI, BAI, IBI and Audit were used to collect the research data.
Results: The mean scores of IBS, BAI and Audit of the nursing students studying in Portugal were significantly higher than the Turkish nursing students (p <0.05). The mean BDI score of Turkish nursing students was significantly higher than that of Portuguese nursing students (p <0.05). There was an inverse weak correlation between SYBD and BDI, a positive weak correlation between IA and BDI, BAI and Audit, and a weak positive relationship between BDI and BAI (p<.05).
Conclusion: Internet addiction, anxiety level and alcohol use disorder were higher in Turkish students compared to Turkish nursing students and depression level was lower in students studying in Portugal.

Türkiye ve Portekiz hemşirelik öğrencilerinin yaşam biçimi davranışları ve bağımlılık, depresyon düzeyleri
Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışma Türkiye ve Portekiz’de yer alan hemşirelik öğrencilerinin sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışlarını, depresyon, anksiyete, alkol ve internet bağımlılığı düzeylerini karşılaştırmayı amaçlamaktadır.
Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tipte olan bu araştırma, Türkiye ve Portekiz’deki toplam 124 hemşirelik öğrencisi ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında, Sosyodemografik Soru Formu, SYBDÖ, BDE, BAÖ, İBÖ ve Audit kullanılmıştır.
Bulgular: Portekiz’de öğrenim gören hemşirelik öğrencilerinin İBÖ, BAÖ ve Audit puan ortalamalarının Türk hemşirelik öğrencilerine göre anlamlı düzeyde daha yüksek olduğu belirlendi (p<0.05). Türk hemşirelik öğrencilerinin BDÖ puan ortalamasının anlamlı olarak Portekiz’deki öğrencilerden daha yüksek olduğu saptandı (p<0.05). SYBD İLE BDE arasında ters yönlü zayıf, IA ile BDE,BAÖ ve Audit arasında pozitif yönlü zayıf, BDE ile BAÖ arasında pozitif yönlü zayıf bir ilişki olduğu belirlendi (p<.05).
Sonuç: Portekiz’de öğrenim gören öğrencilerin internet bağımlılığı, anksiyete düzeyi ve alkol kullanım bozukluğunun Türk hemşirelik öğrencilerine göre daha yüksek seviyede olduğu depresyon düzeyinin ise daha düşük olduğu görülmüştür
