PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMANLIK VE REHBERLİKTE ÖNEMLİ BİR ALAN: SAĞLIK PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMANLIĞI VE REHBERLİĞİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada psikolojik danışmanlık ve rehberlikte önemli bir alan olan sağlık psikolojik
danışmanlığı ve rehberliğinin kapsamı, tanımı ve uygulamaları hakkında literatür bilgileri
çerçevesinde var olan durumuna geniş açıdan bakılmıştır. Ayrıca sağlık psikolojik danışmanlığı
ve rehberlik hizmetinin biyo-psiko-sosyal modeldeki yeri ve önemi tartışılmıştır. Bu amaçlar
doğrultusunda öncelikle, sağlık kavramına ilişkin yaklaşımlar incelenmiştir. Daha sonra biyo-psiko-
sosyal yaklaşım üzerinde durulmuştur. Genel olarak psikolojik danışmanlık ve rehberlik alanına
değinilmiştir. Sağlık psikolojik danışmanlık ve rehberlik tanımı yapılmıştır. Sağlık psikolojik
danışmanlığı ve rehberliğinin kökenlerine değinilmiştir. Sağlık psikolojik danışmanlığı ve rehberliği
ile ruh sağlığı danışmanlığı ve rehberliği arasındaki ilişkiler ele alınmıştır. Sağlık psikolojik
danışmanlığı ve rehberliğinin uygulama alanları incelenmiştir. Türkiye’de sağlık psikolojisi
temelinde sağlık psikolojik danışmanlığı ve rehberliği uygulamalarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmada
sağlığa çok yönlü bakışın, sağlık psikolojik danışmanlığı ve rehberliği alanını zorunlu kıldığı
sonucuna varılmıştır. Sonuç olarak sağlık psikolojik danışmanlığı ve rehberlik hizmetlerinin örgütlenmiş,
planlanmış ve sistematik bir şekilde Türk sağlık sistemi içerisinde entegre edilmediği
görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın sağlık psikolojik danışmanlığı ve rehberliğinin önemi ve kullanımı
açısından alan literatürüne katkı sağlayacağı öngörülmektedir.
