Erkek Hentbolcularda Uygulanan Sekiz Haftalık Fonksiyonel Kuvvet Antrenmanlarının Bazı Fiziksel Uygunluk Parametreleri ve Anaerobik Güç Üzerine Etkisinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı; hentbolcuların sezon öncesi sekiz haftalık fonksiyonel kuvvet antrenman uygulaması sonrası bazı fiziksel uygunluk parametrelerine ve anaerobik güç üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Yaş ortalamaları deney grubu (n=20) 20,05 ± 1,99 yıl; kontrol grubu (n=16) 21,00 ± 1,65 yıl’dır. Sekiz haftalık süreçte ilk ve son haftalarda “vücut ağırlığı”, “5 metre”, “10 metre”, “15 metre”, “20 metre”, “25 metre’ sürat, sağlık topu fırlatma, durarak uzun atlama, 1 dakika mekik ve şınav, dikey sıçrama, 25 metre V Cut (kat) sürat ve wattbike pro bisiklet üzerinde 6-30 sn anaerobik güç değerleri tespit edilmiştir. Kontrol ve deney grubu mikro döngüde hentbol branşına özgü teknik-taktik antrenman yaparken deney grubu ayrıca fonksiyonel kuvvet programı uygulatılmıştır. Veriler Karışık Ölçümlerde ANOVA ile değerlendirilmiştir. Grupların kendi içinde ön-son test değerleri karşılaştırıldığında vücut ağırlığı, “5 metre”, “10 metre”, “15 metre”, “20 metre”, “25 metre’ sürat değerleri deney grubu lehine, 25 metre V Cut (kat) sürat, sağ ve sol el kavrama, 1 dakika mekik ve şınav, sağlık topu fırlatma, dikey sıçrama ve 6-30 sn anaerobik güç değerlerinde ise her iki grup lehine istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). Sonuç olarak; fonksiyonel kuvvet antrenmanlarının sürat değerlerine orta ve küçük derecede etki sağlarken anaerobik kapasiteye orta derecede etkisinin pozitif olduğu görülmektedir.
