Vaccination Decisions of Sustainable Community Health From a Social Policy Perspective

Abstract

Healthy individuals are necessary for a healthy society. The first health practice that occurs after the pregnancy and the birth of the child, the first stage of the birth process, is the vaccine. There are changing decisions and practices regarding vaccination and vaccination in recent years. Parental decisions are the main subject of the study on the acceptance of antivaccination. From the perspective of social policies, children are included in disadvantaged groups. Decisions regarding the child are made by the parents. At this point, social media tools and publications are the factors that influence parental decisions about vaccination as in many other subjects in recent years. Parental decisions regarding the vaccination of children are directed as anti-vaccination. In the study, in protecting the social future as healthy vaccination and immunization through vaccination. The issue was primarily considered as the decision-making rights of the families over their children. Both the protective policies of the state and the current contradictory situations were examined and solutions were proposed.

Sosyal Politika Bakış Açısı İle Sürdürülebilir Toplum Sağlığı İçin Ebeveynlerin Aşı Kararları

Abstract

Sağlıklı bir toplum için sağlıklı bireyler gereklidir. Hamilelik sonrasında ve doğum sürecinin ilk aşaması olan çocuğun dünyaya gelmesi ile gerçekleşen ilk sağlık uygulaması aşıdır. Aşı ve aşılanma ile ilgili olarak son yıllarda değişen kararlar ile uygulamalar vardır. Ebeveyn kararları aşı karşıtlığının kabulü noktasında çalışmanın ana konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Sosyal politikalar bakış açısında çocuk dezavantajlı gruplar içinde yer almaktadır. Çocuk ile ilgili kararlar ebeveynler tarafından verilmektedir. Bu noktada, son yıllarda pek çok konuda olduğu gibi aşı konusunda da ebeveyn kararlarında etkili olan unsur sosyal medya araçları ve yayınları olmaktadır. Çocukların aşı olmaları ile ilgili ebeveyn kararları aşı karşıtlığı olarak yönlendirilmektedir. Çalışmada, toplumsal geleceğin sağlıklı olarak korunmasında aşı ve aşılama yolu ile ulaşılan bağışıklama uygulaması ele alınmaktadır. Konu öncelikle ailelerin çocukları üzerindeki karar hakları olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Hem devletin koruyucu politikaları hem de mevcut çelişkili durumlar incelenmiş ve çözüm önerileri oluşturulmuştur.
