İNEKLERDE YAŞ VE IRKIN SÜTÜN ELEKTRİK İLETKENLİĞİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract



Bu çalışmada, ineklerde yaş ve ırkın sütün elektrik
iletkenliği
(Eİ) üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Araştırma  materyalini, yaşları 3-14 arasında değişen,
gebe olmayan, laktasyonun 40-50. günleri arasındaki 88 Yerli Kara, 73 İsviçre
Esmeri, 118  Holştayn ve 52  Simental ırkı 
ineğin l324 meme lobundan elde edilen sütler oluşturdu. Sağımın bitimine
doğru, her meme lobunun sütleri ayrı ayrı Milk Checker elektronik cihazının
değerlendirme kabına sağılarak sütün 
  tespit edildi.




Çalışmada kullanılan ırklar arasında sütün Eİ yönünden
bir farklılık bulunmadı. Ancak aynı ırk hayvanların  8-14 yaş grubundaki  sütlerde Eİ değerleri,  uluslar arası standartların belirlediği 5.6
mS/cm’nin üzerinde tesbit edildi.
