Eğitim paydaşlarında iş tatmini ve tükenmişlik ilişkisi: Bir meta-analiz

Abstract

Bu çalışma iş tatmini ile tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkisinin etki büyüklüğünü eğitim paydaşları açısından belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Dahil edilme kriterlerini karşılayan 24 ampirik çalışma analize dahil edilmiştir. Bu çalışmalardaki toplam katılımcı sayısı 7.491’dir. Analiz sonucunda Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği toplam puanı ve ölçeğin her bir alt boyutuna ilişkin toplam 68 adet etki büyüklüğü (korelasyon) hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca yayın yanlılığı testleri de yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre, ölçek toplam puanı açısından tükenmişlik ile iş doyumu arasında rastgele etkiler modelinde orta düzeyde negatif bir korelasyon -0,44 [-0,56; -0,30] belirlenmiştir. Ortaya çıkan heterojenliğin olası açıklayıcısı olarak tükenmişlik ölçeği alt boyutları için moderator analizleri de yapılmıştır.
