BURSA MUSTAFA KEMALPAŞA (M.K.P) LİNYİTİNİN CO2 İLE GAZLAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Bursa Mustafa Kemal Paşa (MKP) linyitinden farklı sıcaklıklarda elde edilen kokların gazlaştırma ve yakma tepkimelerindeki tepkime yetenekleri incelenmiştir. Numunelere Na2CO3 emdirilerek elde edilen katalizörlü kokların tutuşma sıcaklıkları da belirlenmiş ve katalizörün tutuşma sıcaklığını düşürdüğü gözlenmiştir. Daha sonra katalizör emdirilmiş ve katalizörsüz kok örnekleri 900-1000oC aralığındaki farklı sıcaklıklarda CO2 gazı ile Boudouard tepkimesine (C + CO2 → 2CO) göre gazlaştırılmış ve her bir örnek için Arrhenius doğruları çizilerek gazlaşma işleminin aktivasyon enerjileri ile Arrhenius sabitleri belirlenmiştir. Katalizörün reaksiyon hızını artırarak, aktifleşme enerjisini düşürdüğü saptanmıştır [1].

CO2 GASIFICATION OF BURSA MUSTAFA KEMALPAŞA (M.K.P) LIGNITE

Abstract

Reaction capabilities of cokes obtained by coking of Bursa Mustafa Kemal Paşa (MKP) lignite at different temperatuıres in the gasification and combustion reactions are investigated. The ignition temperatures of the samples impregnated by Na2CO3 as catalyst. are determined and it is observed that ignition temperatures are decreased in the presence of catalyst. Then the coke samples with and without catalyst are gasified by CO2 (Boudouard reaction) at the temperatures between 900-1000oC and Arrhenius curve is plotted against the gasification temperatures. The Arrhenius constant and Activation energies are determined for each sample. It is found that catalyst leads to an increase in the rate of C – CO2 reactions as a result of decrease in Activation energy.
