Öğretmen Adayları İçin Biyofili Ölçeğinin Geliştirilmesi: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, öğretmen adaylarının biyofili düzeylerini belirlemeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Biyofili ölçeği için Bayburt Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi’nde 2013-2014 ve 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yıllarında öğrenim gören fen bilgisi öğretmenliği ve sınıf öğretmenliği olmak üzere iki programdan veriler toplanmıştır. İlk olarak madde analizi ve açımlayıcı faktör analizinin yapılması amacıyla 599 öğrenciye deneme formu uygulanmıştır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda elde edilen modelin sınanması amacıyla 269 öğrenciden veri toplanarak doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlik aşamalarında yapılan madde analizi, açımlayıcı faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonrasında ölçeğin toplam varyansın %50.41’ini açıklayan ve 25 maddeden oluşan dört faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları, faktör yapısının verilerle uyumlu olduğunu göstermiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirliğini belirlemek için hesaplanan Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlık katsayısı ise 0.88 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bulgular ışığında, Biyofili Ölçeği’nin çeşitli biyofili seviyelerindeki öğretmen adaylarının biyofili düzeylerini belirlemede geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu ortaya konmuştur.
