Aydınlatıcı Program Değerlendirme Modeli

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, eğitimde program değerlendirme modellerinden biri olan ancak Türkiye’de günümüze kadar yapılmış program değerlendirme çalışmalarında neredeyse hiç kullanılmamış ve Türkçe kaynakları oldukça yetersiz olan Aydınlatıcı Program Değerlendirme Modelinin tanıtılması ve bu yolla Türkçe alanyazına katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç kapsamında çalışmada önce Aydınlatıcı Değerlendirme Modelinin dayandığı paradigma ve özellikleri açıklanarak modelin ne olduğu ve neyi hedeflediği ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra aydınlatıcı değerlendirme modelinin kavramsal ve yöntemsel çerçevesi ile güçlü yönleri ve sınırlılıkları ortaya konularak modelin nasıl kullanılabileceği konusuna açıklık getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Aydınlatıcı Değerlendirme Modelinin özellikle yenilikçi programların değerlendirilmesinde ve bağlamın derinlemesine incelendiği ve çeşitli veri toplama araçlarının kullanıldığı değerlendirme çalışmalarında etkili olarak kullanılabildiği tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, çalışma kapsamında gelecekte gerçekleştirilecek program değerlendirme çalışmalarına yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
