İlköğretim Okulu Yöneticilerinin Okul Yönetiminde Etkililik Hakkındaki Görüşleri İle İlgili Nitel Bir Araştırma
Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim okul yöneticilerinin okul yönetiminde etkililiğin ne olduğu ile ilgili görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla, kişisel bilgiler dâhil beş sorudan oluşan
bir görüşme formu hazırlanmıştır. Daha sonra araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak seçilmiş olan on okul yöneticisi ile görüşme yapılmış ve bu görüşmeler kasete kaydedilmiştir. Yapılan kayıtlar çözümlenmiş ve nitel araştırma teknikleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu çerçevede görüşme yoluyla elde edilen veriler “vurgu yapılan nokta” kategorisi temelinde analize tabi tutulmuştur. Buna göre, vurgu yapılan nokta kategorisi temelinde, tek tek on katılımcıdan her birinin konuşmaları incelenmiş ve bu inceleme sonunda “amaçlara vurgu yapma ve okula vurgu yapma” sözcükleri vurgu yapılan nokta kategorisine ait kodlamalar
olarak belirlenmiştir.

A Qualitative Research on the School Administrators’ Thoughts about Effectiveness in School Administration
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the school administrators’ thoughts about effectiveness in school administration. Based on this purpose, an interview form having five questions including personal ones was prepared. Then, the school administrators who were chosen in accordance with the purpose of the study were interviewed and the interviews were recorded. These recordings were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The data gathered with these interviews were analyzed categorizing the emphasized points. Depending on this context, ten school administrators’ speech was examined and “emphasizing the goal” and “emphasizing the school” categories were determined as the statements which can be included in the emphasized points
