PSİKOŞİDDETİN İŞ ANLAMINA ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı psikoşiddet ile iş anlamı arasındaki ilişkiyi ve psikoşiddetin iş anlamı üzerindeki açıklayıcı rolünü incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Kütahya ilinde görev yapmakta olan 162 öğretmen, 56 formasyon öğrencisi toplamda 218 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Psikoşiddet/Mobbing Ölçeği, İş ve Anlam Ölçeği ile yaş, cinsiyet, branş gibi demografik bilgilerin yer aldığı Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Psikoşiddet ve iş anlamı arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmek için Pearson momentler çarpımı korelasyon analizinden; psikoşiddetin iş anlamı üzerindeki etki katsayısını ya da yordama katsayısını tespit etmek için ise çoklu regresyon analizlerden aşamalı regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Korelasyon analizi sonucuna göre psikoşiddetin alt boyutları ile iş anlamı arasında ilişki vardır. Çoklu regresyon analizi bulgularında göre psikoşiddetin alt boyutları, iş anlamına negatif etkide bulunmaktadır. Çalışma sonuçları ilgili literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.
